A: To shorten lead times, we typically provide samples without custom labels. If you would like to see the final product with your label design, it will take approximately 2 weeks for the labeled sample to be delivered to you after receiving the design.

A: Our minimum order starts at 100 units. While some clients request larger volumes (e.g., 500 units or more), we emphasize freshness as key quality factors. To maintain the freshness of matcha, we’re happy to provide smaller, split shipments over time. Any direct or indirect costs associated with split shipments will be covered by us.

A: There are some countries where export is not possible. Please contact us for details regarding your specific location.

A: Our factory is in Ujitawara Town, Kyoto, Japan—a region with centuries of tea cultivation history. We’re a long-established manufacturer with over 160 years of experience in producing high-quality matcha.

A: We require full prepayment via T/T bank transfer before starting production.

A: Generally, no. However, if there are duties or import taxes in your country, these will be the buyer’s responsibility.

A: For example, for an order of 200 units of 30g matcha, the average lead time is about 3 weeks from payment confirmation to shipment. This may vary based on current orders situation, size, quantities, and any certification needs. Add about 1 week if specific export documents, such as a phytosanitary certificate, are required.

A: The shelf life is 1 year. To maintain optimal quality, we advise storing the product in a refrigerator or freezer until you’re ready to sell. Proper cold storage significantly slows quality degradation.

A: We do not offer design services. Please provide finalized print-ready artwork.

A: We cannot guarantee compliance with every country’s regulations. We will print the labels as received. We recommend consulting local experts to ensure compliance.

A: After reviewing the invoice, if you find it acceptable, please sign and return it. This confirms our agreement and allows us to move forward with production once the payment is confirmed.

A: Yes, we are certified under Japan’s Organic JAS standards. Please note that in some cases, specific procedures may be required to label products as organic in the destination country. For more details, feel free to contact us.

A: We supply over 100 tons of matcha annually to leading Japanese food companies, undergoing regular audits and maintaining ISO22000 certification. For exports, we manage a dedicated production line with strict pesticide residue controls and handle raw materials separately for each destination.

A: Some countries may require specific importer registrations or formalities. In such cases, you might need to consult with a customs broker or contact your local government authorities to understand the necessary procedures.
