Shipping Policy
Shipping charges and method
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. including U.S. territories. All orders are shipped from Japan via DHL by air. Please note that DHL does not ship to PO boxes. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has been processed we cannot update your shipping address.
How to track your order
When your order was shipped a shipping confirmation was sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email contains a link to your carrier tracking. If you cannot find the email please check your Spam folder. If you still did not receive this email contact us at support@matchadirect.kyoto.
Shipping time
We process your order and aim to ship it within two business days after the order cut-off time.
(Orders containing only accessories will be shipped immediately.)
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, excluding holidays. In some cases, the turnaround may be longer than a week. Please contact us at support@matchadirect.kyoto if you have any specific questions on the shipping time.
Once your order leaves our factory, we do not have control over DHL and can provide no further information beyond what tracking shows. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from shipping date, but it may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and weight. Further delays are possible due to circumstances out of our control.
Please note that this schedule may not apply during Japanese public holidays.
Also, due to order volume, it may take more than two business days to ship your items. We appreciate your understanding.
