Our main selling point is freshness. Three business days after receiving an order, we ship freshly ground matcha directly from our factory in Kyoto via airmail to your doorstep*.
Matcha is like fresh vegetables: its quality deteriorates rapidly after production. Refrigerated distribution and oxygen absorbers are generally used to prevent this. Still, the best way to enjoy matcha is to use it immediately after production.
We offer the freshest matcha by far of any supplier, with direct air delivery from our factory in Japan to our customers. This is a level of freshness that many tea connoisseurs in Japan are unable to experience.
At this moment, we have a ground-to-order system for all our products, allowing us to supply the freshest matcha by grinding the tea immediately after receiving the order.
