Others

Commissions may increase at the discretion of MATCHA DIRECT. Both parties will be notified and will agree before any changes are made

  • Full payment from the customer using the unique URL is the only way the commission can be obtained and recorded.
  • If the customer partially cancels the order or changes their selected product, the commission for the transaction will be based on the final confirmed order amount.
  • If the customer cancels the entire order or returns the product, the commission for the transaction will be voided.
  • Commissions will only be calculated for transactions that are more than one month old to account for potential returns.
  • Payments are made monthly via PayPal at the end of each month.

Earnings and payment history are not allowed to be discussed or disclosed with anyone other than the appointed members at MATCHA DIRECT, MATCHA DIRECT's affiliate service contractor, Sekaihe-bokan., Co., and the approved affiliate member (you).
