EU Right of Withdrawal

This form is provided for EU consumers to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable. Submission of this form does not automatically cancel or refund your order. We will review your request in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note that the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B purchases, products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products, or sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.

If your withdrawal request is accepted, the product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
