Our production begins promptly at 8:30 AM Japan Standard Time, which is also our daily order cut-off time. In general, we ship orders in the afternoon of the 2nd or 3rd business day after receiving them.

Please note that this schedule may vary in the following cases:

– If your order contains a large volume
– If we are experiencing a temporary increase in overall order volume
– During Japanese national holidays
– During our summer or winter holiday closures

Based on past performance, shipments typically arrive within 1 to 4 days from the shipping date. However, as international shipping involves customs clearance, delays may occur depending on the destination country. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Information page.

All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking code so you can check the delivery status.

We offer free shipping for all of our products. To ensure the best taste and quality of our matcha, we recommend ordering smaller quantities more frequently due to its freshness.

Rest assured that there are no additional charges beyond what is displayed and paid online at the checkout. Depending on your country of residence, customs duties and taxes may not be displayed at checkout. In such cases, either the duties and taxes are included in the product price, or no duties and taxes are applicable. You won't have to pay additional customs duties or taxes when receiving your order.

We grind each order individually upon receipt, typically ship out in about two business days, and deliver fresh matcha to customers worldwide by air.
