A rich potage that combines the sweetness of sweet potatoes with the slight bitterness of matcha.
Ingredients

Soy milk: 6.8oz (200ml, can be substituted with milk)

Sweet potato: 80g

Shirodashi (white soy sauce base): 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml)

Mirin: 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml)

Matcha powder: 2.5g
Directions
Steam the sweet potato, then place it in a blender along with all the other ingredients. Blend well until smooth.
Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld, then it’s ready to serve.
