
A smoothie with bright colors, like the ones you find at high-end juice bars, and the addition of matcha green tea.
Ingredients:
- 0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
- 1.8 oz (50 g) of kale
- 1/4 of an apple
- 1 banana
- 3.4 tbsp (50 ml) of water
- 1/2 a lemon
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients except the lemon in a blender and mix.
- Once it's well mixed, pour (1) into a glass.
- Squeeze the half lemon lightly over it.
