A smooth and drinkable smoothie combining matcha, komatsuna, and banana.

Ingredients

Banana: 1

Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach): 30g (1.05oz)

Matcha powder: 1.7g (0.06oz)

Sugar: 8.5g (0.3oz)

Soy milk: 150ml (5oz)
Directions
Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces. Trim the roots off the komatsuna and roughly chop it.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
