A smoothie made with the natural sweetness of bananas and the bitterness of matcha green tea.
- 0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
- 6.8 - 8.1 tbsp (100–120 ml) of milk
- 1.8 oz (50 g) of yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 fresh banana
- Put the milk, yogurt, frozen banana, and matcha in a blender and mix.
- Stick a thinly sliced banana inside the glass and pour half of the yogurt (0.9 oz or 25 g).
- Pour (1) gently into (2).
