Matcha Almond Milk Smoothie
A refreshing smoothie where the flavors of matcha, milk, fruits, and vegetables blend perfectly.
Recommended Matcha
Ingredients:
- Matcha powder: 2g (0.07oz)
- Sugar: 10g (0.35oz)
- Unsweetened almond milk: 200ml (6.8oz)
- Apple: 50g (1.76oz)
- Banana: 40g (1.4oz)
- Avocado: 30g (1.05oz)
- Kiwi: 30g (1.05oz)
Instructions:

Wash the apple well, remove the core, and cut it into 2cm cubes, leaving the skin on. Tear the banana into bite-sized pieces by hand. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado, and cut it into 2cm cubes. Peel the kiwi and cut it into 2cm cubes.

In a blender (or mixer), combine the prepared fruits, almond milk, matcha powder, and sugar, then blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, and it's ready to serve.
Note: Feel free to adjust the fruit ratio to your liking. For 200ml of almond milk, approximately 150g of fruit is recommended.
