Matcha Milk & Granola
This is a luxurious combination of cereal that is perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1.8 oz (50 g) of commercial cereal or granola
- 0.4 c (100 ml) of milk
- 0.07 oz (2 g) of matcha green tea powder
Instructions:
- Put cereal or granola in a dish.
- Pour milk.
- Sprinkle with matcha green tea using a sieve.
Matcha Sugar Toast
This toast is a delightful treat to start your day, combining sweetness and bittersweetness.
Ingredients:
- 0.04 oz (1 g) of matcha green tea
- 0.2 oz (5 g) of butter
- 0.2 oz (5 g) of granulated sugar
- 1 slice of bread
Instructions:
- Toast bread with butter.
- Remove the bread from the pan, brush it with melted butter, sprinkle with granulated sugar, and toast again.
- Before eating, sprinkle with matcha green tea using a sieve.

Ingredients:
- 0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
- 6.8 - 8.1 tbsp (100–120 ml) of milk
- 1.8 oz (50 g) of yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 fresh banana
Instructions:
- Put the milk, yogurt, frozen banana, and matcha in a blender and mix.
- Stick a thinly sliced banana inside the glass and pour half of the yogurt (0.9 oz or 25 g).
- Pour (1) gently into (2).
Green Green Smoothie
A smoothie with bright colors, like the ones you find at high-end juice bars, and the addition of matcha green tea.
Ingredients:
- 0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
- 1.8 oz (50 g) of kale
- 1/4 of an apple
- 1 banana
- 3.4 tbsp (50 ml) of water
- 1/2 a lemon
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients except the lemon in a blender and mix.
- Once it's well mixed, pour (1) into a glass.
- Squeeze the half lemon lightly over it.
