Matcha Milk with Creamed Kinako
A delicate matcha latte paired with the smooth melting of vanilla ice cream.
Recommended Matcha
Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream: 50g (1.76oz)
- Kinako (roasted soybean flour): 5g (0.18oz)
- Matcha powder: 2.3g (0.08oz)
- Sugar: 11.5g (0.4oz)
- Milk: 50ml (1.7oz)
- Kuromitsu (black sugar syrup): to taste
Instructions:
- Gently mix the kinako with the vanilla ice cream.
- Dissolve the matcha powder and sugar in the milk.
- In a glass, place the ice cream mixture in the center, piling it high. Pour the matcha milk over the top. Finish by drizzling with kuromitsu to taste.
