An easy, café-style fondue that pairs the mellow bitterness of matcha with the sweetness of white chocolate. Made entirely in the microwave, this recipe requires no special techniques, making it highly reproducible. Perfect for cafés of any type, and especially appealing when paired with a variety of fruits or marshmallows for dipping.

Ingredients
-
1 g Matcha
-
20 g white chocolate chips
-
1 tbsp milk
-
1 tbsp fresh cream
-
Assorted dippables (to taste): strawberries, kiwi, marshmallows, pretzels, etc.
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, milk, and fresh cream. Heat at 500W for 10 seconds.
Stir well, then sift in matcha and mix until smooth.
Heat again at 500W for 10–20 seconds, being careful not to boil.
Serve with cut fruit and other dippables, dipping into the matcha chocolate mixture.
Recipe Note
Using chocolate chips eliminates the need to chop chocolate blocks, saving preparation time.
Matcha can form lumps easily, so mix thoroughly for a smooth texture.
For larger bowls, double the recipe for balance.
Pretzels pair surprisingly well—they add a salty crunch.
