Matcha Truffles
Elevate classic truffles with the rich flavor of matcha.

Ingredients:
Makes 12 Truffles
- Matcha powder: 2.5g (0.09oz) + additional for coating
- White chocolate: 100g (3.5oz)
- Heavy cream: 50ml (1.7oz)
Instructions:
- Place the chopped white chocolate in a bowl and melt it over a double boiler.
- Warm the heavy cream and mix it with the matcha powder until smooth, using a rubber spatula to eliminate any lumps.
- Pour the mixture into a tray, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm, then cut into 12 pieces and roll them into balls.
- Finish by dusting the truffles with matcha powder, and they’re ready to serve.
