Elevate classic truffles with the rich flavor of matcha.
Ingredients

Matcha powder: 2.5g (0.09oz) + additional for coating

White chocolate: 100g (3.5oz)

Heavy cream: 50ml (1.7oz)
Directions
Place the chopped white chocolate in a bowl and melt it over a double boiler.
Warm the heavy cream and mix it with the matcha powder until smooth, using a rubber spatula to eliminate any lumps.
Pour the mixture into a tray, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until firm, then cut into 12 pieces and roll them into balls.
Finish by dusting the truffles with matcha powder, and they’re ready to serve.
