Green Tea & Strawberry Pizza
A sweet pizza made with matcha, resembling a Margherita.
Recommended Matcha
Ingredients:
- Store-bought pizza crust (thin, about 22cm in diameter): 1
- Strawberry jam: 50g (1.8oz)
- Strawberries: 5-6
- Marshmallows: 50g (1.8oz)
- Mozzarella cheese: 50g (1.8oz)
- Salt: a pinch
- Matcha powder: as needed
Instructions:
- Spread the strawberry jam over the pizza crust.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries, cut them in half, and scatter them over the crust.
- Tear the marshmallows and mozzarella cheese into 2cm pieces and distribute them over the pizza. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 8-10 minutes.
- Once baked, sprinkle matcha powder over the pizza, and it’s ready to serve.
