A cup dessert with a rich sesame flavor and a refined sweetness.

Ingredients

Gelatin powder: 3g

Water: 1 tablespoon (15ml)

Matcha powder: 4g
-
Sugar: 20g
-
Milk: 6.8oz (200ml)

White sesame paste: 40g
-
Matcha powder: 3g

Sugar: 15g

Hot water: 2 tablespoons (30ml)

Matcha Milk Sauce
Directions
Soak the gelatin powder in water.
Mix the matcha powder, sugar, and milk in a pot.
Heat the pot until steam begins to rise, then turn off the heat and stir in the white sesame paste.
Add the soaked gelatin from step 1 to the mixture in step 3 and stir until dissolved.
Cool the bottom of the pot in a bowl filled with ice (not listed in the ingredients), stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens. Pour evenly into small glasses and refrigerate until set. (*If the mixture doesn’t thicken, it may separate while setting.)
Combine the matcha powder, sugar, and hot water for the matcha milk sauce, and pour over the set mixture. Your dessert is ready!
