A refreshing and invigorating taste of matcha and lemon!
- 4 tbsp (60 cc) of matcha paste base
- 1 lemon
- 3.4 tbsp (50 ml) of water
- Soda water
- Cut the lemon into wedges and put them in a freezer.
- Make the matcha paste base.
- Put (1) and (2) in a glass and pour an appropriate amount of chilled soda water. It tends to foam, so be careful not to overflow the glass.
