Ingredients
-
120 g milk
-
Roasted peanuts, as needed
-
Matcha #01 (for finishing), as needed
-
2 g Matcha #01
-
25 g white chocolate chips
-
1 tbsp milk
-
1 tbsp fresh cream
Base
Matcha Chocolate Cream (A)
Directions
Prepare Matcha Chocolate Cream (A)
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, milk, and fresh cream. Heat at 500W for 10 seconds.
Stir well, then sift in matcha and mix until smooth.
Heat again at 500W for 10–20 seconds, being careful not to boil.
Assemble the Latte
Coat the inside and rim of a cup with the prepared matcha chocolate cream.
Place roasted peanuts on a plate, then invert the cup and press the rim into the nuts to coat evenly.
Steam the milk and pour it into the prepared cup.
Finish by sifting matcha powder over the top.
Recipe Note
Dusting with finishing matcha creates a more elegant and vibrant presentation.
Pressing the rim of the cup directly into a plate of peanuts adheres them more securely than using a spoon.
Drinking while enjoying both the crunch of nuts and the creamy chocolate rim creates a playful and memorable café experience.
