Yuzu Cream Cheese Topping
Directions
In a bowl, whip cream cheese, fresh cream, yuzu powder, sugar, and salt until soft peaks form. Do not overwhip.
In a separate container, combine matcha, sugar, and hot water, mixing until smooth.
Warm milk in a microwave (500W for about 90 seconds).
Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and stir gently.
Top with the yuzu cream cheese and finish with black or pink pepper.
Recipe Note
Yuzu and cream cheese pair exceptionally well, creating a refreshing yet rich topping.
Avoid overwhipping the cream cheese mixture, as it becomes too stiff and difficult to use as a topping.
A sprinkle of pink pepper not only adds a gentle spiciness but also creates a festive and elegant presentation .
