A healthy, delicious and refreshing detox water made with green fruits and matcha. Green fruits contain abundant nutrients, and matcha contains catechins.
Ingredients

4 tablespoon (60 ml) of matcha paste base

2c (480 ml) of water

Green fruits such as green apples, kiwi fruit, muscat grapes, etc. - each in appropriate amounts.
Directions
How to Make the Matcha Paste Base
Sift matcha powder and put 0.1 oz (2 g) in a bowl.
Add 2 teaspoon (10ml) of hot water and whisk until smooth. Then add 3.5 tablespoon (50 ml) of hot water and whisk again.
When the surface becomes creamy, your matcha paste base is ready to use.
Instructions
Wash the fruits and cut them into small pieces with the skin on.
Put mineral water and matcha paste base in a jug or container and mix it well. Add the fruit pieces.
Chill the mixture in the fridge until it's cold and ready to drink.
