Matcha Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
Banana: 1
Komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach): 30g (1.05oz)
Matcha powder: 1.7g (0.06oz)
Sugar: 8.5g (0.3oz)
Soy milk: 150ml (5oz)
Instructions:
Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces. Trim the roots off the komatsuna and roughly chop it.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Matcha Almond Milk Smoothie
Ingredients: Matcha powder: 2g (0.07oz) Sugar: 10g (0.35oz) Unsweetened almond milk: 200ml (6.8oz) Apple: 50g (1.76oz) Banana: 40g (1.4oz) Avocado: 30g (1.05oz) Kiwi: 30g (1.05oz) Instructions: Wash the apple well, remove the core, and cut it into 2cm cubes, leaving the skin on. Tear the banana into bite-sized pieces by hand. Remove the pit and skin from the avocado, and cut it into 2cm cubes. Peel the kiwi and cut it into 2cm cubes. Green Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
1.8 oz (50 g) of kale
1/4 of an apple
1 banana
3.4 tablespoon (50 ml) of water
1/2 a lemon
Instructions:
Put all ingredients except the lemon in a blender and mix.
Once it's well mixed, pour (1) into a glass.
Squeeze the half lemon lightly over it.
Matcha Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
0.1 oz (3 g) of matcha green tea
6.8 - 8.1 tablespoon (100–120 ml) of milk
1.8 oz (50 g) of yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 fresh banana
Instructions:
Put the milk, yogurt, frozen banana, and matcha in a blender and mix.
Stick a thinly sliced banana inside the glass and pour half of the yogurt (0.9 oz or 25 g).
Pour (1) gently into (2).
