Red Bean & Rich Matcha Two-Tone Latte
Ingredients:
Matcha powder: 1.7g (0.06oz)
Sugar: 8.5g (0.3oz)
Milk: 150ml (5oz)
Sweetened azuki beans: 3 tablespoons
Kinako (roasted soybean flour): to taste
Instructions:
Warm 150ml of milk. Froth 50ml using a milk frother and set aside.
In a separate container, mix the matcha powder and sugar with 100ml of the warmed milk until well combined.
In a cup, place the sweetened azuki beans at the bottom, then pour the matcha milk mixture over them. Top with the frothed milk and sprinkle with kinako.
Chilled Matcha Apple
Ingredients:
Matcha powder: 1.5g (0.05oz)
Apple juice: 120ml (4oz)
Instructions:
In a glass, combine the matcha powder and apple juice. Stir well until fully mixed, and it’s ready to serve.

Hot Soy Yuzu Matcha
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon (60 ml) of matcha green tea
1/2 c (140 ml) of soy milk
0.7 oz (20 g) of yuzu tea
Yuzu peel; for garnish and flavor
Instructions:
Warm the soy milk in a cup in the microwave.
Mix the matcha paste and yuzu tea with warm soy milk.
Top with chopped yuzu peel.
Frozen Matcha Lemon Soda
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon (60 ml) of matcha paste base
1 lemon
3.4 tablespoon (50 ml) of water
Soda water
Instructions:
Cut the lemon into wedges and put them in a freezer.
Make the matcha paste base.
Put (1) and (2) in a glass and pour an appropriate amount of chilled soda water. It tends to foam, so be careful not to overflow the glass.
Matcha & Oranges
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon (60 ml) of matcha paste base (powdered green tea)
3/5c (80 ml) of water
1 oz (30 g) of orange jam or marmalade
Instructions:
Put the orange jam or marmalade in a glass.
Make the matcha paste base in a separate cup or container, and dissolve another 80 ml of water in it.
Pour the dissolved matcha over the jam.
